Apart from entering just the item details in the Quote you can enter the Terms & Conditions for. ex. Payment, Delivery etc. Even Purchase rate for each item can be stored for future reference.
Attachments can also be attached while emailing the quote.
Log email : Once a quote is emailed you shall be receiving its 'Log' giving details of to whom it was sent and from which email-id.
After the quote is sent, Follow-up is very critical. This module shall enable you to track the follow-ups done for each quotation. You can schedule your follow-ups so that no call is missed and no order is lost because of delayed follow-up.
